Avalon 24" x 24" Donut Fryer, Natural Gas, Standing Pilot, Left Side Drain Board
The Avalon Standing Pilot Gas Fryer is of a Stainless-Steel construction. The temperature of the fryer is controlled by an extra Sensitive Thermostat/Thermometer combination operating a Magnetic Millivolt Gas Valve. Exterior Drain Valve Control and Donut Cutter Mounting Bracket are provided. (No electrical power needed).
